We are a private family foundation based in Dallas, Texas, funding ecological resilience, community food sovereignty, and global health. We give fewer, larger grants to organizations doing work we believe in deeply.
To whom much is given, much is required
We are stewards, not owners. What we have has been entrusted to us, and we take seriously the obligation to use it well. Giving is not charity-as-hobby — it is the faithful use of what we’ve been given.

Native plants, seed sovereignty, land conservation, and ecological resilience are the foundation’s deepest and most distinctive commitment. The climate is changing. The question is whether communities have the biological and institutional resources to adapt.
Informed communities are resilient communities
Communities that know their history, feed themselves, and have access to independent information can withstand what’s coming. Media, preservation, and food systems are all expressions of the same idea.
